PMC’s day-to-day operations are managed by Mr. Gerard (Gerry) Pastore, a senior executive with a technical background in information management. He brings 28 years of decision-making, problem-solving experience in Information Technology on behalf of a diverse range of federal government clients.
He has served as a program manager supporting Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), General Services Administration (GSA), National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA), National Science Foundation (NSF), and Department of Defense (DoD) program management office IT, system integration, and reengineering and modernization efforts.
He has hands-on experience in systems analysis and development, tailoring systems to complement the unique requirements of each program; technology application and integration; and strategic, business development, and program planning and execution.
Prior to starting PMC, Mr. Pastore worked for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and DynCorp as the Vice President and General Manager for a 500-person business unit. As executive in charge, he managed the information technology and telecommunications infrastructure and consulting resources integral to business unit operations.
